I consider myself a gentleman as well as a bit of a romantic. I do my best to be patient, kind, considerate, reliable, honest and trustworthy in my friendships as well as my relationships. I don't sweat the small stuff instead I choose to stop and smell the roses; appreciate the many wonders that nature offers and view the glass as half-full. I keep it positive and I keep it healthy mentally and physically. I hit the weights 3-4 times a week; I like to get in a couple long bike rides a week on one of my favorite trails, and I try to make healthy choices (though not always successful) with what I eat.
