I am 46 years old, love my family and spending time with my kids, taking care of the house, have 4 cats and 1 dog (yellow labrador). I like attending baseball and football games, watching movies, being outdoors, taking long walks and traveling, playing sports. Sometimes just sitting on the couch with good conversation and just enjoying life and being happy. I am supportive and respectful. In my spare time.. I am a Commander in the Coast Guard's volunteer civilian branch US Coast Guard Auxiliary. I can be considered old fashioned in family values.
I am a widow after 16 years being married to a strong and beautiful woman. She passed away and beat her cancer and is now cancer free, in a beautiful place and never to be harmed again. I know relationships are team work and need to be 50/50.
Who I look for is someone with some of the same things in common but not everything. I believe having some differences is a great opportunity to learn from each other and gain new experiences. Be good with kids, animals and have a sense of humor... life throws us many curves but sometimes gotta find some humor and get through being positive.
