I am a retired aircraft engineer in my mid 70's, Bodywork no longer in showroom condition, but everything still seems to work, although in some cases not quite so efficiently as previously. Probably well past my "sell by" date, but still very active. My family and friends tell me that my lifestyle is more akin to that of a 50 yr old, rather than a doddering old 70+.
I have travelled extensively, both in work and for pleasure, and have lived in several countries, including France, Singapore, Shetland Isles, and Greece, but still very much into visiting new places. Also enjoy all the usual pleasures, such as going to shows, dining out, cosy nights in listening to music, days out, weekends away, as well as many other interests - music, motor racing, classic cars, photography to name but a few. Am also an animal lover, especially dogs, of which I have had several, mainly terriers and labs, but none at the moment.
I love cooking, and enjoy most foods, especially curries, more into savoury items than sweet things.
Seeking an attractive, intelligent lady, who like me at times enjoys acting on spur of the minute ideas especially as regards holidays or outings, and one who is not set in a 9 to 5 routine. Initially for friendship, but hopefully leading to a long term relationship
I have a property in N. Greece, which I visit from time to time throughout the year 70 /30 in favour of the UK, but which I am hoping could ultimately become nearer to the 50/50 mark
