I am 69 and a widow. I have put on my profile that I'm here for friendship but I would love that friendship to develop into love.
I sold my house in Surrey and moved to a lovely (I think) flat in Putney in March, 2017.
I have 2 married sons and 5 grandchildren. One lives fairly close and the other about 20 minutes by car away. They have been my mainstay since my husband died.
I enjoy being with people, reading, walking (fair weather) , watching tv, quizzes, murder mysteries sports, particularly tennis and golf. I played golf (badly) but enjoyed the game and the atmosphere of the 19th. I love pub/club quizzing. Trivial Pursuit was a fun way to spend some time.
Flotilla sailing was something I thought I'd hate (I do like my mod cons!) but surprised myself by absolutely loving it!!
I am a warm, fun loving person who rates laughter way up there in medication for just about everything (and I am a retired nurse),
My partner and my children were/are my passions. I hope to find someone to have that passion with again and share the rest of my life.
