I'm a very caring person . Love my independence and enjoy socialising , gardening cooking watching football ,tennis , reading. Internet and some diy eg. decorating. I like most types of music but don't like RAP . Love listening to Lionel Richie , Tom Jones, Barry White , Neil Diamond Barbara Streisand Adele and many more. I have three son who have all left the nest and two grandchildren . We see quite a lot of each other and enjoy family times . I have Some good friends that I socialise with. I think they would say I'm a little shy at first but once But I do have a bubbly personality .i have a good sense of humour and enjoy a good laugh . Enjoy holidays both in the uk and abroad . My favourite places in uk are The Lake District and Cornwall beautiful scenery . I enjoy eating out and also cooking a nice meal and enjoyed with a nice bottle of wine and good company. I have always kept up my appearance and like to wear nice clothes but I am careful not to look like mutton dressed as lamb and no way am I ever going to join the twinset and pearls ladies. And neither am i going to settle for tv and a pair of slippers for the rest of my life. I feel and think a lot younger than I am . We only get one innings at life and I truly believe life is what we make It and is to precious to waste. Ideally I would like to meet someone for friendship first , to socialise with and just see how it goes . Someone witha good sense of humour , good old fashioned manners, good dress sense and with no ongoing issues and are able to leave the past in the past and move forward.
