On Friday morning start the day with an hour's nordic walk through Nonsuch Park followed by coffee with my fellow walkers. Then I can choose what I want to do, be it a 'little retail therapy' meet up with friends go to the theatre or whatever I fancy. I am a retired business analyst and live in Cheam.
