First the 'photos...With the exception of the one where I'm in the foreground looking like a gangster in an American "B" movie all are around two years old.
I'm a widower, therefore single, - unattached - No baggage...Call it what you like. Would like to meet a lady around the same age as myself although not written in stone, initially for friendship, meals, outings, and maybe a holiday.
Having had a Brush" with cancer I get involved with support groups and am chairman of such a group.... Note; I'm chairman not chair...I hate that word....After all a chair is nothing but thick short planks!!

Holidays are difficult when one is a single traveller.....Savage under occupancy charges and sometimes hotels want to put you in a room which is nothing more then a cupboard en suite!!!
Football?..... "God's own football team" ( The one in blue ) is the one I prefer and I'm a speedway fan ( Belle vue .) I tried speedway once, but kept falling off!!!!
I like quizes and sometimes set them at the local. I've been on 15 -1 on television. My favourite television shows are Q.I and Have I got news for you......I like the comedies and think there is nothing funnier than a custard pie in the face......Particularly if it's the female that gets it!!...No no no.... I'm not advocating violence towards the fairer sex it's just funny!....It took me ages to "get" "Mrs. Browns boys" Also to figure out that Mrs Brown was played by a man!!! I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer!
So I suppose this makes me boring, and I must have watched "Smokey and the bandit 100 times "Pedal to the metal and fender bender etc." ....I need a life!!!!....On the plus side I can listen to the "William tell overture" without thinking of the "Lone ranger" so there's hope yet!!!!
