Perhaps the easiest way to portray the person that you are on a site like this where everyone seems to have to same traits i.e. great sense of humour, affectionate, etc etc is to talk about how my friends relate to me. As a widow in a world of "couples" I am constantly invited to be a part of whatever my friends are doing. I'm never considered the odd number out because I am blessed with a great personality (thanks Dad), I show a genuine interest and care about what is happening in my friends' lives (thanks Mum) and a great capacity to give thanks to raising my children predominantly alone and caring for my late husband who suffered from Alzheimer's Dementia for many years. My Life experience and running my own business has given me the capacity to be comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life and has honed my quirky sense of humour. I'm a homemaker from way back and love to cook and entertain and have a beautiful home that gives me such joy to share with family and friends. And.....I'm fun, honest, love anything outdoors especially anything water related. I value people for who they are and respect their views even if I do not share them.
