Born in dairy farming community in Victoria
Trained as Registered Nurse and worked in hospitals in Victoria and NSW
Retired from nursing and worked in real estate and farmed beef cattle, breeding my own stock was a great experience because it filled the void within me that leaving nursing had created.
Family circumstances brought me home in 2008
At present I am the sole carer for my 94 year old Mother who lives with me and once again I find my nursing skills being tested
So why am I sitting here feeling a bit ridiculous filling in this form???? I wish I knew but I guess like all of us we need company and ask the question of ourselves "is this all there is to life"
What am I looking for?
Ideally a farmer that I can assist, work with, have a laugh and some fun before the poor old body cannot work anymore BUT at the moment I must care for my mother so all I can do is talk and dream Oh goodness me you need to be male!!!
What do I not want????
A boozer, a smoker, an aggressive egotistical bloke, a compulsive gambler, a dirty old man
That should sort out a few!!!!
