I recently retired Sept 2014, as a Volunteer Cook at a Dementia Age Care Unit, where I was there for 5 years,(( worked 8 hours a week)), as I have a slight disability, that is why I could not get a paid job, so I chose to become a volunteer, and love my job.
I separated in 2009,was homeless for 5 months, sleep in a car, moved into my own little villa.
I have no EXCESS BAGGAGE, I expect you don't either, I left that behind back in 2009, , only if I come back from holiday's...LOL which hasn't been too often, as much as I like too..lol...
.I went on a 10 Pacific Island cruise, ( to celebrate my nasty divorce)... Aug 2013 for 10 days with 2 of my best girlfriends, thoroughly enjoyed it, ( first holiday in 18 years ) looking forward to going away again, this time with a partner.
Then when I came back from my cruise, (I felt refresh & relaxed ) with what I just being through) in the last 18 months leading up to the time I was preparing myself for the cruise, I finally moved on, blocked everything out of my (pass life) and started a (NEW CHAPTER)... THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE...NEVER LOOKING BACK NOW...
I am so happy now in my life, missing out having a man in my life, to do the wonderful things as couple's do, sharing, caring, kissing, cuddling, sharing a meal, going for a drive, doing things together no matter what it may be..
I am fully independent, there is nothing that I cannot do, with my disability,( if this puts you off), then I do not want you to contact me...(or make fun of me, I do have feelings)...
I play table tennis everyday to keep fit, for 30 minutes to one hour, also go for 20 min walk every morning..so I try to exercise as much as I can... I lost over 48 kilos last year, (2013), .my girlfriends are (so proud) of me for losing that much in 8 months...
In the New Year I have decided to learn how to do "Belly Dancing" my girlfriends and I were practicing how to do it lol...it is a bit of a "nack" to swing my hips...also it is a good way of losing weight..My aim is to lose 50 klgs next year, looking forward to going on another cruise....that will be my "big reward to myself".... .
Also for the ones that kept asking me to send a rude pic of myself from my mobile, please have respect for me, I am from the (old school)...I do have manners.
Looking for a friend, which may lead to" long term", if that does it be a bonus for me, ( and you), which I hope it does...you never know, what is around the corner, I live each day to the FULLEST....
I rather see your face then your (Private Parts) on here, that way I know it is you that I chatting to rather than the (Private part)..until we meet leave it for then....
I want a relationship, caring sharing, pampering one another, the whole deal, life is (not) to short, I still got of "love to share", I do not want(( A ONE NIGHT STAND)), NOT INTO THAT ... PLEASE STOP ASKING ME ....
I like cooking, (apricot chicken is my favorite)...love going to a movie, watching a live show, listening to bands play at the local club, dining out, going to Macca's for a latte, tenpin bowling, table tennis, playing scrabble, looking for a partner to go on a cruise, bingo, picnic's, country drives, visiting old country towns, weekends away. gazing at the stars, watching the sunrise, love a caramel slice occasionally, writing love letters to each other in the sand, watching the sunset.
I have no tattoo's or body piecing...I do not mind too many tattoo's if you have any...
I LOVE THE SMELL OF AFTERSHAVE IT TURNS ME ON...(OOPS DID I SAY THAT)....
I would like to meet someone no further than 20 klms away from where I live, OTHERWISE THIS WOULD NOT WORK OUT, TRAVELLING FOR HOURS, TO SEE ONE ANOTHER, DAILY, also age between 50 and 60,((no younger)). .....if you are in a relationship, please do not contact me.
